A Closer Look At Executive Compensation Limits

We are learning more about the executive compensation limit proposal apparently under the current proposal it would not apply to companies that have ALREADY received bailout funds and in the future it would only apply to companies that receive "exceptional assistance". There is no definition of what defines "exceptional assistance".
